The AirTrain Jazz Festival w/ Kevin McNeal and BluesWing

December 20, 2018 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The AirTrain Jazz Festival series continues this week with Kevin McNeal and BluesWing on the AirTrain Jamaica stage. Kevin McNeal is recognized not only as an outstanding performer and recording artist, but also as an educator, composer, and arranger. He attended the Berklee College of Music, William Paterson University, and CUNY / City College, where he received his Masters Degree in Music. Join us as we pay tribute to Jamaica’s rich jazz history by presenting some of the New York City metropolitan area’s best jazz musicians playing live.

The AirTrain Jazz Festival is a co-production of A Better Jamaica and the Sutphin Boulevard Business Improvement District with the marketing support of the Jamaica Arts Council. The festival is hosted by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The effort is funded by New York Council Members Adrienne Adams, Rory Lancman and I. Daneek Miller, the Queens Council on the Arts, and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
